    This song really let's you know that you don't need anyody to make you happy in order for you to be happy you can be happy all by yourself, sometimes we need to stop focusing on trying to make others happy and always exclude yourself out of the happiness. Its all about you at the end of the day, you got yourself nobody else but yourself. In oder for you to know you, you have to know how to make yourself happy and not worry about anything or anybody else.

    This song reminds me that if loving a person who isn't anymore happy in your arms need to set free. And I happen to be in that situation. But I jst cnt let go. I love this person so much. I took the risks. I forgave him for loving another girl before. But now, he got jealous because I'm tasked to dance with my ex on a stage. I mean cum'on it's just a dance and nothing else. Just for that he can't forgive me coz it hurts.

    This is what it means. I was in the very same situation. This girl is looking for Happiness. Hince, I just want to be happy lyric. I found a wonderful man who was involved with another woman. He lead me to feel like we could be together. We had that spark, that attraction but he was already in love with another woman. He lived with her and had just taken back her ring he gave her because he didn't want to marry her. That is when we started seeing eachother. He never left her. He broke up with me a year and half later to marry her. All I wanted was to be happy and I dealt with the pain of knowing they were together but survived on the hope he would choose me in the end. Yeah, it hurt and I did break down but rightfully so. Knowing the man I loved had gotten married shortly after he broke up with me. Killed me. So as in her song. I stood by watching it happen it was my choice so don't call me a victim. Just like her. She knew what she was getting into. I'm 35 years old. I have been there!

    Happiness is when you know you are where you want to be in life. When you know that everything is great and you have no worries in the world. It is when you finally reach the point where you do not get heart broken so often and you decide to follow god and know that he has something better in store for you than the road you are going down. Happiness is something worth fighting for, so fight.

    Its to find that place with that one person (or more) where you kno you belong.
    Its to do what you kno in ur heart is best and to kno that the choice you make is the one that will make you feel like the luckiest person in the world.
    Its to take the hardships that were thrown at you and find that silver lining and kno you're a better person for that.

    This song means that you culd spen you life inside the house or do noting at all jus so you stay safe and do't feel the pain when really life is all about fighting the pain s if ou stay inside al her lie that wn't really be al life so she is oing to go out there and haefun rather she ets hurt or not rember at he end h boyfriend or the guy wo was sayinghe loved her got married to someone and even though she felt pain she fought through it ll this is my favorie sog in the world! 1

    Have you been to a situation when you have to choose between you future and your happiness? I'm in the sme situatiin right now. At first I was about to choose on studying again for a better future in different country. And as I continue I felt stressed and bothered with thing. Felt unhappy with what I'm doing. Might because of one thing I regret. Choosing something I thought I would be happy for. My boyfriend use to ask me about marriege. After that decissions he didn't ask me about it anymore. Now, since its not to late for me. I choose to be happy with one thing that makes me complete. I just wanted to have a simple life but happy.

    The song and the music video are wonderful. In my own the understandig, the song tells that in love, we risk everything to be happy even along with it is pain. You will feel the true meaning of happines when you are with each other. You are happy when you laugh together, happy when you hold hands, when you hug. But how about when you are not with him and you perfectly know that he is with the arms of somebody else. In the arms of someone whom he truly loves. It is painful, it hurts. But you are willing to swallow the truth and all the pain just to make your self feel happy. How ironic!

    I love this song! To me when I thing of the promles & people I delt with, song speak to me. What shes saying is I knonw I got a long road ahead of me & I'm goning have a lot of bumps in the road but I'm going to in the end be happy. Instead of watching my life pass by and never get to be happy. Message is clear you gotta live life to find your happness.

    When I first heard this song I hated it. I'm not much on Leona Lewis, but that's just me. However when I saw the video for it I fell in love with the song. In the video it shows her meeting this guy and it shows then together alot and you can tell she's falling for him, hard. However during the end you see the guy his wedding and when him and his bride dance you then see it isn't Leona it's some other chick. Overall now I love it.

    It's a release song, a what-the-f*k I'm gonna be happy song! It's saying, I can be happy on my own. It also is realizing that there is no hope in front of us, really, just dreams and pain. It's a first-time knowing of being hurt and trying to override that with a yearning to be happy. The singer almost wins the happiness battle within. The song has a lot of pride, so you love the person singing it. But the new version has a gunshot at the end, after a long pause, which makes it a suicide song, if anybody noticed.
