SIDE NOTE AGAIN: i hear a voice saying "ok- uh- i'll try again''. meaning they hang up, and try calling again, which leads us to the second verses. and when it says baby flatline, the person commits suicide.
side note 2: i just heard the verse "when i go outside i'll see her again."

his story,
spam was trying to be a big shot and get a well working business, but then he gets a call from mike, and his business fails and the addisons make fun of him.

to be honest, i think baby hotline is about a suicidal lady who gets on a suicide hotline and they put her on hold, so she walks outside and hangs/shoots/slits her self, because she cant take it anymore. thus, her husband walks outside and finds her dead.
side note: r.i.p lady. its a sad song, its agreeable with me.
