The song is refering to how sorry someone is after they truly become a Christian and realize how selfish and arrogant they were before they met God personally. It is a big change, especially for someone who becomes a Christian in his or her later years in life. The lyrics say how they will never look back at how the used to act and go back to living that way. (P. S. Relient K is a Christian band, but they don't come right out in their songs and say that because they want to be able to reach out to those that aren't Christians, too!)
