I can really relate to this song. It's all about realizing how your boyfriend / girlfriend is your best friend too and how lucky it is to have that with the same person. It's also about having a long distance relationship, which can be trying at times.
My boyfriend and I live over 2000 miles apart but have been together for almost two years now. These lyrics apply to me so much, especially this line:.
"Every time we say goodbye
I wish we had one more kiss. "
Every time I have to leave and am getting ready to head to the airport, I always want to just hug him or kiss him one more time.
