This song, to me, means that she's been hurt too many times by some one she really loves and she just doesn't know how to get over him. She doesn't want to listen to or accept anything that everyone is trying to tell her about how she deserves better and that if he had really loved her he wouldn't have done anything to hurt her. It's just crazy that no matter how many times the person you love with all ur heart breaks ur heart, that you will still love him with all the tiny pieces. Love hurts and sometimes it is worth it ut sometimes you just need to let them go and find a better love.
