It's about this girl named bella. She is in love with this guy called edward. He is a vampire. But bella still likes him and is not afraid. But now they are engaged to get married. Bella is unsure if she is doing the right thing. She is nervous. There is also another guy called jacob. He likes bella. But when he finds out that edward and bella are getting married he is furious. That's why bella is unsure. In the end they get married. Bella really wanted to become a vampire. Edward said they get married. That is one reason why she married him but she loved him very much too. People saying that the meaning is oxygen they are wrong I know it has that in the video but that's not the meaning. The real meaning is that he found love once and was a bit tempered so he left them without thinking but now he is regretting it. I know that because it's pretty obvious coz he says 'i really need you near me' so in the end he can't without the person and is so frustrated with himself that he kills himself. There is also another thing that it means. There is always a bad and good side of you. That's his problem. He can't controll his bad side and goes mad that's why he is bad tempered. Omg! This makes me cry in a good way cos it's amotional. Has anyone seen the video clip? Yeah it's cute! For those who haven't seen it i'll tell you. It's a bout a elephant who trying to find a place to call home so he looks everywhere. At the end he finds a clearing where there's like 3 other elephants and they are a band and so the elephant that was trying to find a place to stay runs up to an instrument and joins in and now you know y it's called paradise. In ways this song makes me happy. :) but in some ways it can make me amotional. :( but in a good way tho coldplay's songs always make me amotional because they are so great and meaningful and strong it nearly makes me cry espiclayy the chourus cos it always has such an amotional words in it in a good way. What songs I enjoy mostly out of coldplay's music is this song paradise. The tune is amotional too and sometimes soothing. Just the way I like it. I'm normaly a party song kind of person but when this song was popular I was atracked. Anyone else agree with my points?
