This song, she's talking about God.
She realizes her sins and now she finally has seen God's love.
That's when she says that she doesn't care what others say because God has cut her open to help her see what she's been doing.
When she says that she'll be wearing her scars for everyone to see, its her testimony to say that god is real!
And that the world doesn't know the truth. That people call her crazy but she knows whats best. Because even though the world keeps trying to pull her away, she'll always have God, and she doesn't care what people say.
