Along with most of the songs in the album, this song is all about the powerful ones who control the economic system, petroleum, wars, and even countries and who uses religion and media to prevent people to see the truth. It is an open call for protesting the bunch of people (number 1) who nearly has more than %90 of the wealth in the world and doesn't want to lose control nor share the wealth. But "They will not control us. We will be victorious!".

I think it is very large in perspective, so it encompasses alot that others have touched on. First talks about the "lucky" they are clearly not really the lucky in the world who have it all and won't share, but they are the connected, entitled, self appointed and self annointed who "decide it all" in the world, there by it is not fate nor natural selection but unnatural selection. If you have seen the movie batman begins you have been exposed to the concept of self-appointed elites who supposedly decides who rises and falls even whole civilizations. There are groups in the world who actually do seek to do such things, starting wars, promoting political turmoil, taking down nations. And in some of those groups is the concept of a divine pendulum which swings one way then the other, even to the extremes, in order to bring about some perverted "divine" balance. It is quite demonic actually, but true. This song is saying, enough is enough, they/we are tired of the bs that we see in the fake news that is controlled by the elites (esp. In the usa) and that we see being acted out on the world stage, we are tired of the lies and the fake excuses. We want the truth. We are not just drops in the ocean to be driven here and there by these elites. They who make mortgages, companies and nations rise and fall. They may have money and political and industrial power, but we are far greater in numbers than them if we will unite, we can throw off their shackels and we can be the ones who control which way the waves go.

Stanza 1 is talking about how things are and that the truth is sought after. The phrases "The lucky don't care at all", "No chance for fate", and "It's unnatural selection" all imply that there is some natural order that has been upset in an artificial, or unnatural, way, and that otherwise, in a natural environment, people would not need to be lucky.
Stanza 2 is much more active. The language is more visceral, with "I want to push this beyond a peaceful protest" suggesting that action that may be non-peaceful is desired.
Stanza 3 is back to talking about the state of things. It questions whether things will be different, and better, in the future, with "Is this the end of destruction and rampage?", but then saying "Another chance to erase it then repeat it again". This suggests that the state of things is to some degree cyclical. In this way, it is similar to stanza 1 in the way it seeks to know about how things are.
Stanza 4 is back to being more active. Similar to stanza 2, it suggests action with "Counterbalance this commotion", where "We're not droplets in the ocean" presumably means that there are a lot of people who agree with the message being put forth by the activism.
Stanza 5 is the same as stanza 1.
The form of these stanzas is something like A B A B A, where A is about seeking truth, and B is about doing action.
Stanza 6 starts a new section, with the truth theme. The phrase "No religion or mind virus" implies that people ought not devote themselves to ideology generally, which can distort truth, especially when the next line is "Is there a hope that the facts will ever find us", suggesting that facts are important for truth. The last line, "Just make sure that you are looking out for number 1" is a bit unclear, but I will come back to it later.
Skip ahead to stanza 10, which is another truth stanza. It starts with "Try to ride out the storm", suggesting that one ought to just try to get through the current state (which makes sense, considering the cyclical nature). The next line, "Whilst they'll make you believe, that they are the special ones, (we have not been chosen)," is describing the poor state of affairs (the "storm" in this case), where the people who say that they are the special ones are perhaps people who are self anointed decision-makers (hence the unnatural selection), who pick and choose. The last line says, "You won't be the first and you know you won't be the last", which, together with the first line of the stanza, implies that one ought to be a realist, and just keep your head down. Going back to the last line of stanza 6, it now seems clear that the meaning is one of a realist, where looking after oneself is the best strategy to survive.
Stanzas 6 to the end follow the form of A B B A followed by A B A.

It is unclear whether this is a dialogue between different viewpoints or whether they are two sides of the same person. If it is the same person considering each, it seems he has gone with approach A, since the last line, "I want the truth" is repeated many times.

This song is about religion.
Unnatural selection is meant like many religios people don't believe in natural selection because god created them (in their opinion) but that makes their selection/beliefes unnatural. Thei also prevent people from finding the truth about life by answering every asked question with god.
The song says that there are many more atheist who are just afraid of "coming out" than you would think (we're not droplets in the ocean).
