This is a once in a decade song. It describes what every woman wants to think about her man and how every man wants to think about his woman. And it does it without nonsensically pretending that men ought to be or want to be like women. What a celebration of life and the joy that the different perspectives that men and women bring. Absolutely brilliant. Lee brice is going to be a very rich man. He deserves it.

A man and his girlfriend are sitting on the sofa and she said " what would you do if you never met me" the guy responds back and say's a bunch of things that he did when he was single. She looks at him and rolls her eyes and tries to get up from the sofa but the guy pulls her down and tells her more. She listenes closley to what he is saying. She finally knows that he is just looking for a woman like her because he is so in love with this woman.

I'm a girl. Yes. However, this song is the perfect "theme-song" to the relationship I am in. My boyfriend asks me alll the time "what would you ever do without me? "-in a joking way of course, but this is exactly what I would be like without him. I would probably have more time with my friends, I'd go out shopping a lot more, I'd get back into my healthy running routine, I'd be way different. The only thing is- I'm me because of who my boyfriend made me out to be. Just because my life would be totally switched around if I had never met my man does not, by any means, mean that I 'm complaining. Thank you lee brice for writing this absolutely perfect song. I love it!

My boyfriend/best friend sent me this song, saying that he heard it on the radio and loved it, adding a little smiley face. I knew what he meant - we're in a long distance relationship and this song is so much like him. Such a dude, but he never fails to tell me how lucky he is to be with me. I wouldn't trade him for the world, and I can't wait to be his wife one day.

My husband of 25 years always has a hard time expressing his thoughts to me in words. I always thought that maybe he really didn't want this married life. I always say to him "if you didn't get married to me you wouldn't have the bills, the 'expense' of our teenage daughter and the drama in my family. " a couple of times I thought he would think about leaving me. Then the other morning he woke me up to our clock radio playing this song and said, "i want you to listen to the words to this song. " no sooner did the last verse come on and he started to cry. That took all doubt away that he really loves me and is happy in this life that we created together. Thank you lee brice.

People. Wake up! This song was written by a team of writers - 3 to be specific. They are probably from nashville. They wrote this song trying to tell women what they want to hear.
It was not written by lee brice. Nor, was it written by one person. This is a team of people trying to capitalize on a market. The same way people tell lies to sell tickets for a "chick flick" in hollywood.
So while the lyrics are clever, the song melodic, etc. , it is anything but organic. This is a pre-meditated creation from the music industry. It is not a song written from the soul of an independent artist.
