The lines "First the window, then it's through the wall" and "Lil' Jon, he always tells the truth" are references to the lil john song "Get Low" where he says "To the window, to the wall, to the sweat drop down my balls, to all these b*s crawl. There can be no ambiguity because there is no 'and' for an oxford comma to precede. Hence lil john always tell the truth.
The chapstick thing just sounds like a play on words because you can have cracked lips or you can crack a smile maybe.
