I had the chance to ask her in Lubbock t I didn't. As a believer in Christ as my Savior, I had doubts about being good enough and each passing year taught me more about my humanity. To me the song is a journey, coming closer to recognizing that we are created by God and our purpose is to figure out how to live our purpose out. Holy Toledo expresses the emotions of never truly knowing God personally thought we are promised exactly that as believers.
