Really, the green belts wrapped around our minds refers to liberalism? Has that explanation come from Muse themselves, or is it more propaganda by the corporate prostitutes and patsies? Anyone who isn't delusional or lying will tell you that the global financial crisis was a result of republican and Clintonian deregulation. A more credible explanation is that "green belts wrapped around our minds" refers to the color of money -- money being what drives, controls, and dominates the thinking of the vast majority of people. Short term greed is how people think, and has been leading and will ultimately lead to this country's destruction, courtesy of corporate America and the fools that believe their lies.
