This song to me is about an unconditional, and powerful love for another person. In my case its the love I have always felt for my daughter, Ali. She was always this extraordinary person with such a she was beautiful, inside and out, she was smart, she was very funny, she was extremely thoughtful, and compassionate! She would do anything for anybody. She was always happy, and wanted everyone else to be happy too. If anyone she knew, loved, or cared about was in trouble, she was always there to do whatever it was she could do to help. Even if she didn't know you, and you asked for her help, she would give it. She loved her entire family so much, she never missed any event. She spent time with her 92 year old great grandmother, all the way down to her little cousins, often going to all of their sporting events. She was a exceptional daughter, step daughter and sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, friend, and student as well. Anything I may have forgotten, she was great at that too! We lost her to an automobile accident on march 22nd of this year (2013) I am her mother, and I am having the hardest time trying to move forward without her. I speak for our whole family, to her character, and to how truly missed she is and always will be. It is for her, that we all need to strive to move forward, and be happy. That is what she would want for each and every one of us. Ali, we miss you so much, and life will never be the same here on earth. Until the day we meet again, this song is for you!
