I could be mistaken, but given my background in modern music and lyrical studies at the Oberlin College conservatory of music for the past 6 years; I believe that Guns n' Roses is trying to get the message across that their experiences in China enlightned them into understanding problems in our own society. The band realizes that China uses pure man power and intimidation "iron fist" to govern. America has always beeen the opposite of that but we are becoming more and more like the chinese, "It don't really matter
I guess you'll find out for yourself" They are pointing out that we are straying to far from our traditional American way and it will become our demise.
