In my opinion he is most likely literally talking about his desire to get a woman to "snob", which most likely means to suck on or kiss, his doorknob. Of course this is a simple guess and can't be determined without direct communication with Juicy J himself. Juicy is showing his deepest fetish in this song by discussing his love for watching girls suck on doorknobs. This blatent show of emotion and the other more sensitive side of Juicy is why I truely love this song.
