I seriously think they wrote this song based on my life haha. I used to live back in Nova Scotia in a run down house and my parents made me sleep in the basement because my music was always too loud. I made a lot of friends there. And some of the best memories happened sneaking through backyards and running in the forest in the pitch dark haha. We always used to try and sing 'It's The End Of The World As We Know It' and yes, being a bunch of twelveyearolds, we failed miserably (; We had some of the best road trips ever with my best friend's alcoholic aunt. She was so damn funny. We're lucky we didn't get ourselves killed. Now I'm fifteen and we moved to British Columbia two years ago. I never cried harder than the day when my grandparents said that house number 649 was getting torn down. Acadia is Gone.
