I immensely enjoy singing, "Here in Your Presence" sang by Jon Egan and the Desperation Band. Excellent worship song! However, may I suggest that the lyrics, "Here in your presence, we are UNDONE", be improved upon? May be, "...we are made WHOLE" should be considered. A picture of Old Covenant worship is seen in Isaiah 6. In Isaiah 6: 5, the word "UNDONE" literally means "cut off" and is translated as ruined, destroyed, doomed and lost in other Bible translations. In the New Covenant, Heb. 4: 16 states, "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." In view of the finished work of Jesus at the cross, in His presence we are made whole by His grace and mercy. This is just a suggestion.
