She likes him, she thinks he likes her. They talk all the time. But even though they both have this connection he doesn't do anything about it, whether he's scared or just not interested she doesn't know, but she wants him to tell her because it's really confusing to her. He's acting like he doesn't care but she can't help but think he does. Yet he still doesn't do anything! I relate to this song so much.
