I see this song as a reminder that it's okay to fall, or to be different/a social outcast, because you're not alone in your differences (/we/ are the fallen angels) and that, despite our differences there will always be a reason to feel empowered instead of upset (to those who sing alone, no need to feel the sorrow). To me, it is a song about realizing your own self-worth and recognition of yourself and finding people and friends that you can relate to. Although you may feel alone or as though you are an outcast, there will never be a good enough reason to not be yourself and, in admitting that and being yourself, you will find people who like the person that you are instead of the person your family/community expects you to be.
