I think this song is about a girl/woman noticing these beautiful, wonderful qualities in another person and suddenly realizing that those are qualities she would like to have. Appreciating these things in another person and feeling like it makes us want to be better people. What a wonderful thing and a beautiful song. Music speaks for us sometimes when we can't find the words. I think this is a perfect song to describe the feelings I have about a friend of mine in her early thirties batteling cancer for the fourth time. She has amazed all of us to know that a human being can possess such streangth and courage and humor throughout such a long and horrendous battle. To still make the people around you laugh while you're going though such hell. Talk about a big strong tower. Well, suddenly I see, this is what I want to be!
