To me this song means that you shouldnt change for anything but that if you do ever change that you shouldnt let your change affect the people around you only because one day you might lose them and when you finally realize that you need them they wont be there for you. Change can really hurt the people around you and it affects them not only emotionally but also internally this song is a very powerful song. I never thought that I would ever dedicate a song like this one to someone. I dedicate this song to my cousin jose who after all the stuff that me and him have been through he did the one thing I told him never to do and that was change. Big bro (jose) this song is dedicated to you. :(
