I don't think she's trying to compare herself to Jesus here so I don't consider this blasphemy (I'm Christian so I'm not talkin out my arse here). I think she's trying to compare herself to the situation. Jesus loved Judas as his friend and disciple but Judas betrayed him. Even then, Jesus forgave him and continued to love him. I think Gaga has a man who runs around on her and betrays her in every sense of the word but she continues to stay with him because she loves him. People call contemptable women Jezebels, like the Bible story, so this is Gaga calling her man Judas.
