To me the soothing way that this is sung in gives it a very light happy feel when you listen to it, it may be repetitive but it's my favorite part of the song. It also to me speaks to continuing with the dream, and just letting on self fall into the song, play on, keep playing the song, keep listening to the song, and it ties in well with the rest of the lyrics.

This part of the song to me speaks to escaping the boundaries that we live in, letting go and running away in our imagination. Lets fly away, lets climb out of the mundane everyday life that were living and just be free inside our minds. And don't ever let life, situations, or people in our lives limit us and keep us from our desires, from being happy and from being free.

If your Blinded by Gold then you cant see, I find this a very clever question and in my opinion shows the depth of the song. That some one whom is blinded by gold (aka. worldly goods like the latest phone's, TV's, cars, clothes, jewelry and ect.), and some on whom is standing "on the outside" looking in", seeing it so clearly, asking, isn't it obvious, Cant you see?
