In my opinion I think this song means that he basically messed up in life and he needs to move on. Basically kill himself and he wants the love of his life to join him and he believes that he has to and his loved one will not leave and do the same thing as she has some common sense and will not do the same thing. When he says 'loved onesd back home all cryin cause they; re already missin me' it is refering to death and he has chose to leave the life he has beheind.
