As everyone else is saying, its about ryan ross' dad and his alcaholism. But I also take it another way. To me it seems as if it could be about being in a mental hospital, and the events that led up to it.
This song means the world to me, I actually got "camisado" tattooed on my arm in 50's ish writing (panic! Tribute) and it really just inspires me. So thank you to ryan, and the rest of patd for truly describing my life better thatn I ever could.
