I think this song means that she is in a relationship with a guy who is smothering her and contolling her. For example he probably don't let her go any where and tries to keep her in the house and he probably don't want her to go anywhere becaus ehe thinks she might find someone else or cheat on him. Basically he is trying to tell her what she can and can not do and where she could and could not go. And she is seeing that and she wants him to know that if he is trying to be controlling like that she isn't having it so change up your act or I'm leaving.
