Buffalo soldier, dreadlock rasta:
There was a buffalo soldier in the heart of america,
Stolen from africa, brought to america,
Fighting on arrival, fighting for survival
This deals with the ugly truth that there were kidnappings of slaves to be used as fodder for the civil war. Citizens of other nation forced to fight not their cause but rather because they were forced and therefore had no other choice. The fight begins from their arrival and ends up a fight for survival after the war because they have outlived their usefulness hence relegated to the dust bins, without whatsoever afterthought for their welfare nor thanks for the service they have rendered although reluctantly, did well.
