After listening to it a few times, reading the lyrics and taking these moments to read inbetween the lines it feels like a love letter from the band to their fans. These are the eyes and the lies of the taken These are their hearts but their hearts don't beat like ours They burn, cuz' they are all afraid, for everyone of us There's an "army" of them, but you'll never fight alone (always reminded that the fan base was referred to as the MCRmy. This was one of the last batches of songs the band released before the split. I feel like they wanted something specifically important for their fans, the ones that have stuck by them and still to this day love them and everything they have stood for. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but it surprises me that no one else has thought to suggest this as it's meaning.
