These are both very pleasing things but honey doesn't go bad whereas flowers wilt quickly. In a way she means she feels like she has known him for a long time but knows their time is fleeting. She then wonders "zai na li jian guo ni", "where have I seen you before?" because she knows he's very familiar to her. After a while she concludes that it was only in a dream. However, the true meaning is that she DOES know him - albeit from another life. It follows the belief of reincarnation. She was in love with him and they were together in a past life, however in this song she sees him passing by and feels a twinge of the love she can neither forget nor remember.
