You can't save me
There is nothing more to give
I am changing
Almost like I never lived
He's saying that nothing can save him from this burden that he is forced to carry and that it is changing him for the worse. It is making him feel like he isn't actually living. Or that it's killing him or has killed him on the inside.

By now you know that looks are deceiving
I'm covered in a rash and receding
Is there any other way?
Is there any other way
He is stating that not everything is as it seems. This burden is hurting him (covering him in a rash) and stopping him from being how he normally would be (he's receding from what he would otherwise be), yet everything seems fine and that's why "looks are deceiving".

This song in my opinion represents a person afflicted with social anxiety suffering from a panic attack. The lyrics describe a few of the physical sensations that are associated with these attacks. I can relate perfectly to this song due to my very own personal experiences. It is very difficult to handle situations like the situation the songwriter is describing himself in. The thoughts and sensations portrayed in this song are rather typical of my own thoughts and sensations, however I must add that these exact feelings are not the same for everybody. All in all, this song has a very deep and rich meaning for me, it is a song that "speaks" to me.

In the blink of an eye
A pressure release and I return to me
He has finally stopped panicking possibly due to the fact that he has gone outside (chill of the winter air) away from the people inside. But it will never go away completely, that is what happens when you have anxiety.

This process would be faster
If I could die
This suggests that the songwriter believes that this "process" would end faster if he could die, in other words he believes that it will never end.

Explanation

A process so familiar
A process so divine
By saying that this is a process so familiar, it means that he has felt this way before. By labeling it divine, he is saying that it has a huge amount of control over him, almost like the fear is possessing him.

Please put me anywhere as long as no eye can see
Every second, an hour, cold sweats devour my skin
My body shakes and I am in eternal decay
He is begging for fate to let nobody see him panicking. He is noticing more of his symptoms, eg. shaking, sweating. He feels as though every second is an hour.

Explanation
"
I need to be alone, just let me be alone
These lyrics suggest that the songwriter wishes that the people around him would just leave so that nobody notices him panicking and so that the threat would be gone.

This line is very self-explanatory. He can't make sense of anything, his thoughts are just flying all over the place and all he feels is panic.

I can't stop over thinking, the thought of company is threatening
This line suggests that he is having a panic attack due to having social anxiety and perhaps being stuck around people. He is overthinking everything such as how he is being seen. His social anxiety makes people appear to be a threat.

My composure falls apart, my vision blurs and I can't see
He is panicking and feeling as though he is losing control of how he is feeling. His vision blurring (in other words he's crying) is yet another thing that can happen during a panic attack. He cries because his panic is overwhelming.

To many people who do not understand the kind of feelings that this girl is feeling, it is hard to understand why she would be hurting herself to make herself feel better. It just makes no sense to them and confuses them greatly.

These lyrics could suggest more than one thing. I like to interpret it like she can't keep herself from thinking about hurting herself or hurting herself for very long. It is just not possible for her.

These lyrics are comparing her body to a canvas. It is no longer completely blank (it's scarred) and therefore you can't imagine many more scars being able to appear on it. In other very simple words, she's hurt herself a lot of times.

She's sticking needles in her skin
These lyrics mean that this woman/girl is hurting herself, it could be literal (so that she actually is using needles as a self harm method) or it could represent another method of self harm such as cutting.

This epic song by Pg 99 is one of their best in my opinion. I believe that it is talking about a young man's intense fear/nightmare. He has met a woman that he loves and has been thinking about kissing her for the first time. He worries that she might not have a positive reaction and that she will no longer want to be with him. As the song progresses, it talks about how she "dies in his arms now her love is a floating ghost" and this is when he tries to kiss her and she no longer loves him A.K.A her love is dead. But the man remembers her love and that's why it's a ghost. Near the end the song talks about how she will never return to his life, which hurts the man very much. The amazing thing about this song is how very poetic it is and it perfectly describes the fear that comes with a first kiss.

I think that this song is from the perspective of a delusional person, possibly in psychosis, in a hospital. Aspects of the song including the "mice" may be a part of this person's hallucinations. The artist uses passive aggressive vocabulary such as "itching" and "gnaw" to enforce a seemingly eternal pain. The part near the centre of the song may represent the person's attempt at calming themselves down (we need to breathe, in such short spurts, inhale exhale inhale exhale). The majority of the rest of the song is about trying to make themself feel more secure and safe, but the paranoia is getting to him and he accepts his delusion that "They'll know I'm here, they'll gnaw right through". Something that particularly interests me is how the songwriter decides to use a vague "They" instead of accurately describing who "They" could actually be. It is up to us to interpret that how we wish. I would like to think that they could possibly be people from his past tormenting his mind in the present, although it is highly likely that "They" are yet another part of his delusions.

Should I regret or ask myself
Are you dead yet
The songwriter is battling between self-loathing and regret. The self-loathing makes him want to hurt himself and even perhaps kill himself. That is why he is wondering if he should ask himself if he's dead yet. The word "yet" suggests that he will eventually succeed and/or has been hating himself for a very long time. But there's also a part of him that's wondering if he shouldn't be hating himself, if perhaps he should be regretting all the things that he's done to himself.

Tainted flesh, polluted soul
By the lyrics "Tainted flesh", the songwriter may be referring to the scars of his own self harm, cutting or bruising or burning perhaps. "Polluted soul" may be referring to his feelings. It's almost like his feelings have completely taken over him and his soul. These feelings are what caused him to hate himself so much that he felt the need to hurt his body. This hatred in his soul could be compared to pollution and so the songwriter's soul is polluted.
