I am inlove with my chemical romance! (Sorry, Just thought I'd point that out) Anyway.
I think this song is about, a woman/man died, and they are like. In heaven or something, and they are watching someone they knew in hopsital, and they're wondering if they will go to heaven or hell. That's why the say "AND IF you get to heaven, I'll be here waiting,". And maybe the person who has already died loved the person that is dying, and that's why he sang "You never fell inlove". Or
Maybe they were both in an accident, maybe. Suicide pact? :/ or it could just be a car crash or something. But one of them died, and he is looking down on the other one who is dying, etc.
