Well first off there is a verse missing that says "Theres no need to change, we're different but the same. In the eyes of a king, we are beautifully made."
This song is about loving ones self for who God made us to be. Not wanting to be what the world expects but what God expects us to be. He made us in his image and doesn't like when we put ourselves down.
