And sometimes all stuck in the snow. They get lucky because in their attempts to hang out they get stranded together. Since the waning moon symbolizes the end. It is a metaphor for the end of their platonic relationship. They kiss. In a moment without thought. Like living in the present. The christmas morning creaks is a metaphor for knowing that this is an illusion. Something to be excited for. But a one time occurance. With an underlying thought it could be real.
