It may mean that rainy days can be as pleasant as sunny ones if we look at the falling water as nourishing for the Earth and our spirits. The yellow balloon may symbolize the sun, a bright feeling (which love is) shining through stormy days. Maybe. Ps-When I registered for this site, I checked the lyrics of some current "artists". . Full of ugly, obscene words, demeaning phrases and "promises" to cause "trouble" for "those that got it coming." Suddenly, living at a time when uplifting songs like "Yellow Balloon" were eminating from the radio seems like a distant dream. Fellow parents, play these positive songs for your children to counteract all the dark negativity out there. Peace & Love to all.
