Maybe because the owners of this site are smart enough to look for Google search hits, so they knew that this song was gonna be searched for a lot of times. There's your reason for this song 'being promoted on this site so much'.
I also don't know when this site seemed to be exclusively for your language. The band who sang this beautiful song also sings english songs, fortunately. But, you don't really tell real artists to write in a single language/english along, especially if they english isn't their first language in the first place.
I can translate for you the meaning of this song, but I'm having doubts if your mind will be open enough to appreciate it. I guess then I don't need to. :)
