Lol I never caught what she said in the fast part but now that I know the entire song it reminds me of my situation or at least how I'm afraid it will turn out. My interpretation is that the girl has done something to upset her lover and has possibly broken his heart so she thinks of how she is going to apologize. She isn't one for apologizing so he doesn't know how hard it is for her to do so. Since the guy is hurt it seems that he doesn't want to listen to her or show her anymore emotion so he won't really listen to her apology resulting in her say irrationally that he should just forget about all the while still sticking to the point that for him to forget about her is not what she wants but fir him to listen and forgive her.
