GD's girlfriend is telling TOP that she is sick and he thinks that she should leave him because of this, enraged by thinking that is trying to steal her from him, they get in a fight, Taeyang, Seungri and Daesung all hold back TOP and GD. Later, when GD finds out from Taeyang that she is in the hospital preparing to receive surgery for her illness, GD rushes to the hospital, and on the way thinks about all of their good memories, crying while running towards the hospital. When he gets there, he is too late. TOP returns the ring he gave her. Saying he is sorry that he lied to GD for saying that his girlfriend and him were together. GD, then hugs everyone.
