I think she's on about how her and her partner are having problems, say problems with trust, and because she feels that she is responsible for the him having no trust in her she lets him abuse her emotionally in a way, as he pushes her out, but she wont give up trying to gain that trust even though nothing she does is good enough for him, and one thing goes wrong and they're back to where they started- both hurting, both confused. He keeps screaming her name as he himself is confused, he doesn't want to leave her, but he can't trust her.
Just an idea, but I guess it is open for interpretation from it's audiences.
