This song was written about a good friend of mine who was going through some problems. She had a lot of secrets and a lot more was always hurting her than she would let on. It's the kind of situation where everyone can see it but no one really has the courage to say anything. And she had this logic that was kind of like if you have love than nothing else matters. None of the other problems are really problems. And I thought that was a pretty interesting outlook on life and I wrote this song because of that and sort of as my way to talk to her also.
