This song to me means that a girl was in love with what she thought was her true love and she has a friend that is there for the good days and the bad days no matter what and then come to find out the guy she thought she was in love with cheated on her or broke her heart. And her best friend was there to pick her up and take her into his arms and give her the love she was missing!
