Well I think it's about a guy who had a girlfriend who though that he should be a hardcore partier and all this jazz but she cheats on him with a drunken guy and now he is ticked off and after the other man for revenge and is showing his ex well now ex girlfriend that he doesn't need to do anything to get her back cause he is fine without her and thinks that he doesn't need to change cause he's tougher then she made him out to be. Also that with her around she didn't improve anything about him, he always had the strength in him. Sorta like a karma thing.

Haha everyone's view of this song cracks me the butt hole up. But I believe the song is about a roller coaster ride that makes him feel nauseous and while he is on it he feels like he is perishing because the pit of his stomach is coming out his mouth and he doesn't know what to do about it except for scream. You people with rape, murder, and vampires are intense, but hey lets take it pg and claim that it's just a bad Six Flags experience.
