Meaning
This was Harrison's reaction to Paul Mccartney's crying antics during what was to be the final months of the Beatles' creative endeavors. Harrison thought they were crocodile tears of the first magnitude, since Mccartney had been the lightning rod for dissolving the band (while crying about it at the same time). You can literally hear him speeding away from the group in a sports car during the final seconds of the song.
