My take: Another song about a person being lead on. She won't tell him why she is running away, she just can't admit the reason, which causes him immense frustration and pain because he has done everything he can and he loves her. He just want's her to just come out and say it already! What's the deal? The way she treats him leads to feelings of doubts and insecurities about himself.
