I love this song, it makes me want to cry. It has so much pent up emotion in one small package, Anna trying to find love and attention from her long lost sister, but for years upon years upon years she fails and it eventually gets to where she cannot be consoled by her sister in her time of need, she needs to have that emotional support from her sister, the last person in her life that really cares about her. She is really trying to connect and be happy but she cannot find that love and warmth from her sister, only cold and ice. She has to find caring from other things, like starting to talk to the pictures on the walls, obviously starting to hallucinate and get bored easily, until it builds up so much that she is so starved for love and affection that she foolishly falls hopelessly in love with Hans, which makes me want to cry in pain from the awkwardness and obviousness of his faking his love for Anna. I hate Hans as a character and as a concept for anything other than a generic villain and a terrible person in general. And then we have the expanded content from "Once Upon A Time", that just proves that Hans is to terrible a person to exist.
