I'm pretty sure I have the lyrics down, but if anyone else can find an error in them, please do correct it! I was so distraught that I couldn't find the full lyrics typed out anywhere (myself being a music junkie having to know the lyrics x__x") that I wanted to give them at least somewhere. They should be up soon, I hope. I'll try to check back and see if they were posted! . W. This song means a lot to me in the times I'm going through in my own life at the moment. Realization of many important lessons and simply growing up, and trying to tell it plainly to your friends, along with trying to be there for them. I myself end up becoming redundant a lot, just to get the point through to them. Some lessons, ideas, or thoughts of mine I can only point out after something has been done (i. E. "we can light candles to blow them out (ooh, oh) let the smoke rise with our spirits our desires killed the fire"). At times it may lead to them wanting to be away from me because they possibly don't like the idea ("the longest distance could be more inviting to you"). To touch on the last verse. In my perspective, it's a silent plea within the singer's head to not be weighted down by the other person's situations in life. The singer themselves needs to think more into their own for a while. This puts the singer back into the mood of the first verse, telling the other that they understand the way they feel, as if told to "suck it up", that it's not that important. Wonderful song, I've come to love goodnight sunrise.
