@Buck: It's not like he copyrighted the original song. That's definitely still public domain. Besides - if you're mad about not really using it, then you don't even believe your own argument: you said yourself that he only "changed a few words" and that it wasn't really that different. If it's not "that different," then why not simply use the original? Besides, that's how musicians put food on the table. Royalties. You think he would've had the time to write music like this if he had a dayjob?
