This song is about a lady who decides to have a better life without the man she used to really love, he caused her all the pain, heartache, and grief and now finally when she stand up on her feet after almost dying from the pain, she also decides that there's no way she'd be with him anymore, now that he wants her back or tries to be nice, she thinks its better they just never meet anymore coz meeting would only unleash old wounds, tear open old scars and bring back all the sad memories she desperately buried long ago. With the key still in her closet.
