The song is obviously about her love (and solicitations) of MFM threesomes. But the part I'm trying to decipher is: "Got one eighty degrees." The most likely way to throw 180 degrees into a threesome is to 69. So either she's crowning somebody while going laying on top of a guy while going to down on him and the other Johnson, or...she's full 69'ing while the 2nd dude is filling her up from above. Problem for the bottom dude is that, while bottom dude is making a meal out of her carpet, top dude's sac is brushing up along his forehead, eyes, and nose (and maybe lips). Over and over and over. I guess it's good for Britney, but bottom dude might start to feel like a cheese grater to a carrot and pair of pearl onions. And then if there's a creampie involved...I just hope bottom dude is open-minded.
