To me the song means that he wishes he could've did a lot of things different in his life but those mistakes were in the past and he can't do anything to change them now he is stuck in prison for life and he is feels sorry for his mom as he thinks about the good and bad times that he had through his life and I really love this song because it reminds me of all my family and friends going through the same situation and he also has a resemblance to how my life is turning out to be and it encourages me to flip my future around and try to do better than he did outside of prison the song also shows that no matter what goes on his mom is always going to love him and I really think that if more people hear this song they can probably relate to it like I did I love theses type of lyrics and especially the beat that goes with definitely a great song the type of one that I would put in my classics next to Tupac Shakur Dear Mama - thank you all for reading and I hope some feel the same way I do.
