Well I theink since you know Martin Luther King Jr. Hasn't gotten through to all kids yet, because well the kids learn about him and not very many kids remember what they learn anyways, since he isn't in the mind of any child Selena Gomez has taken her fame into an all new perspective she has brought the points and means of mlk into the mind with this song to tell everyone that we are equal and that no one is better than anyone whether they are bi lingual and speak 2 of more languages or if they look better than the other one is just it doesn't matter everyone is the same maybe not on the apperance of the outside but on the inside even though people act mean they are mean they probably have a real good heart inside of them, they just feel left out they need a friend and they are angry no one cares so they take that anger out on others therefore they are identified as bullies. So when you come face 2 face with a bully or a person that speaks different from you or a new kid at school go up to them give them a hug or a handshake look them dead in the eye and say, "We are equal,i got ur back!!!"

I think the ones who are singing this song Lemonade Mouth, they are talking about how they are going to like just let their selves shine as bright as the sun, so everyone can see that everyone on earth was meant to be somebody not to be stupid or to be dumb, but to actually make something out of life!
